They provided us with great bikes on our ride though the south of France. Highly recommend. Patient and professional.

I rented a bike, the service was amazing. The bike was delivered to my hotel on time, they helped me adjust it, and of course, they also picked it up right on schedule. Thank you

Signing up with The Bike Rental Company felt like having my own crew team at Bayman triathlon this year. They spoke perfect English and helped me super quickly every time I needed something. They installed my personal aero bars for me and they even stored my bike overnight. I would definitely hire them again.

Highly recommend TheBikeRentalCompany if you're planning a cycling trip in Provence. They make the whole experience smooth, reliable, and fun! 🚴‍♂️🇫🇷 . We rented five bikes for a week in Provence, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The bikes were top-quality, perfectly maintained, and ready to tackle everything from scenic village routes to Mont Ventoux.

Paul and his team went above and beyond with their service—professional, responsive, and genuinely passionate about cycling. Everything from delivery to setup was seamless.

We rented 4 carbon bikes for a full day in the Marseille area. It was a special request as we needed 4 carbon bikes for one day only, and have them brought and picked up at our location.

Absolutely awesome experience with the company.
The feedback came quickly with a decent offer, order process and payment was very swift and professional.

Bikes arrived exactly on time, and some last minute changes we needed, both in regards of the bikes and the pickup were managed to perfection. The bikes were in excellent condition and the delivery guy was very helpful adjusting the bikes. Unexpectedly we need to do yet another last minute change to the delivery location, also this was managed with a smile and to perfection.

One thing is sure - if we ever go to bike in southern france again, we will contact this company again.

J’ai réservé un créneau avant le triathlon de Gerardmer pour réviser le vélo la veille de la course. Équipe sympathique avec bonne expertise de la mécanique du vélo
